overall, had a good time

Liked: the rooms were spacious and the whole property was very beautiful!! Very secluded yet close to attractions and downtown Blowing rock and boone.
Disliked: The room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains! The beds were very soft !! not for everyone!!

Disliked: The fact they kept increasing price for this specific weekend’s stay.Had requested early check in especially due to long drive getting there and event we needed to attend. They never contacted me or made an attempt to get me in my room early.I emailed, called & showed up early.No cold water pressure in bathroom.Pool area was dirty.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was updated and comfortable. We stayed in the hotel section, not a condo. We had dinner at the restaurant, enjoyed trout and a wedge salad and it was very delicious.
