Liked: The residence is located in downtown Toronto near of all as Eaton Shopping Mall, Subway station, a lot of restaurants, groceries.
I aprreciated the cold breakfast.
The size of room is perfect.
It is very easy to take the street cars, no far of Chinatown, Kensington Market, Union Station.
Disliked: I had to guess everything to find the laudry room and the room to pick up my breakfast. The front desk staff didn't tell me anything when I arrived. There was no glass in the room, it can be practise. I found hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, clean up quickly. Towel holes. No big deal, these are my observations.

Liked: I stay here for medical apt, it is close too princess margeret and affordable. The staff are always friendly.
Disliked: The food is always a specialty food, not much canadian food so although eating there would be easier we have to go out.

Old (but working!) room, nice...
Liked: The staff was very nice and welcoming. There was a security guard at the gate at all times, and when they would change shifts and they didn't recognize us, they would ask us for our room key/ID. That made my boyfriend and I feel safe, as we went to many places where the guards wouldn't bother doing their job.
Disliked: Everything in the room was old! Like my grandma! It almost felt like staying in a museum. The beds were hard, but hey, we were grateful to have somewhere nice to sleep, especially downtown. We could walk to anywhere we wished to visit.
