Liked: 1 block way from the action. Close to everything. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom leaked water on the toilet seat and ll over the floor.

Liked: It?s location to the beach and other businesses
Disliked: The suites are in a completely other building which is confusing. There was no one to help us with our luggage and although the main build (which is hard to distinguish because it looks like a bar) has an elevator, the suites build had none and we had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. The ice machine was in the main building so any time we needed ice we had to walk back to that building and get it from the bar. The closet doors were broken. The wood on the futon was broken as well which I reported the first hour being there. I was charged for a bottle of white wine (which I have a heart condition and can not drink) and when I asked to have it removed and show me proof I have yet to receive a word from them. Overall it was one of the worst experiences of my life, I ended up checking into a Sheraton later on and it was so much better. I?ll never return.

Liked: It?s in walking distance to the beach
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, the toilet never worked properly, rude staff(valet, bartenders) no ice machine for guests use, hotel room needs lots of repairs. The bathroom was leaking

Liked: The room
Disliked: I didn't like how me and my family had to wait for about 2hrs for the systems to get back on in order to check in . I especially didn't like how I was next in line to check in and the guest service agent told me "Sorry they were waiting before you " when the manager clearly told them the systems were back up after she let me know . I didn't understand why the guest agent did that , but it was completely unprofessional . There was no accommodation besides the half hour of 'free drinks' . I couldn't even check out at 12pm instead of 11am

Disliked: Reception staff always unavailable. I arrived at 4 pm the room was not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes with other clients that arrived 20 minutes before me to get the room ready. Every day you have to reactivate the room key, and you have to search for staff to serve you.

Liked: This hotel does not have an elevator and it?s 3 different buildings which was not stated in the comments for the hotel. First room smelled like mildew and mold and staff acted like they couldn?t smell it. BUT....once I complained they were happy to give me a different room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I told them about the stairs they sent someone to come and move my luggage from one room to the next. Overall experience cool...

Great stay! Give it a...
Liked: The location is great! In close walking distant to everything but not too noisy. The rooms are a little dated but that?s the south beach experience.
Disliked: Our room was ok not bad at all. There were a couple of problems. Once it started raining, water literally was pouring down in our room. Although staff came immediately they didn?t move us or try to fix it. We had to constantly call for new towels because although housekeeping came and clean up they forgot the towels each time! The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable!
