Superb

Liked: This is perhaps the cleanest motel on Beach. The staff is very friendly and promptly address any issues. The location is lively and near a great many convenient places to eat and drink. Firm beds.
Disliked: Sprinklers can get crazy in the morning, also location is close to the road. This is not a quiet place. Towels are a bit small, showerheads are low.

Not a safe feeling environment

Disliked: Cockroaches in the room the toilet started overflowing and I called for a plunger at around 10 o'clock at night and got yelled at by the front desk person for calling so late they initially refuse to give me a plunger and I had to argue with them as there was water spilling onto the floor. We also had two different instances in four days were a random unknown man tried to walk into our hotel room. The beds were also so disgusting. We had to go out and purchase our own sheets.
