Very comfortable and would certainly...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and the dining room was light and spacious. The room was comfortable and the fridge really helped to keep drinks cool. The bed was a nice size and really comfortable.
Disliked: We were interested in using local transport - so a guide(s) with times etc (in our room) would have been really helpful. A folder with local attractions/ places to eat is always useful if you don't know the area.

Liked: Beautiful room and we loved all the little things like the biscuits and chocolate treat on our pillows. Great linen, towels and comfortable bed.

Liked: Lovely place, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Lots of door banging through the evening but it did ease up for us to have a good night's sleep.

Liked: Charming. Individual. Well appointed, welcoming, comfortable, warm. Excellent breakfast in a smart dining room.Hoole had much to offer nearby. Chester City Centre was not far on foot, and has a lot to offer.
Disliked: Almost nothing.....the room fragrance was. too heavy.l

lovely staff, and stay

Liked: Staff very friendly when greeted really helped my husband to sort out flowers etc for our arrival. Shower was great.
Disliked: Pumps for showers really need to be sorted, they are really loud and was woken by other rooms shower pumps early in the morning. our one was very loud in the room. Breakfast should have been explained better. was asked how we liked our eggs and we said scrambled and fried, in which two eggs turned up we was not advised that the rest of the breakfast was on the hot plates, mushrooms had run out and no more was brought out. the breakfast was nice, but better communication from staff.

Liked: Breakfast was great, room was lovely and plush with great facilities.
Disliked: Nothing, it's a great hotel.

Liked: Very warm and friendly welcome. Friendly breakfast staff and good food. Room very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Shower good. Overall hotel ambience very well presented and cared for.
