Passable

Liked: The room look with more space on the picture, the room i stayed in the window is facing an outside bathroom and during the night people in and out and i couldn’t sleep, next time ill look for a room with air conditioning because it was so hot inside the room, no ventilation at all.

Liked: Very good location. Quite area during the night. Close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: There was no lift in this property

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff, 24/7 reception. Fan in room already, which was helpful during a heatwave!
Disliked: Towels could have been changed during 2 night stay, they weren't very big either, so maybe bath sheets are an option?

Liked: The hotel changed us the room for an apartment which was very nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location. Close to Victoria Stations. Supermarkets handy.
Disliked: Quite dated. Unclean. Fan covered in dust. I had to unclog the shower drain of hair and gunk so the shower didn’t overflow during our first shower. No microwave in room as stated. Rooms not serviced, as stated.

Disliked: there is no room service, big bin no emptied in the whole of the stay, no wardrobe, room really really hot, very small bathroom, had to get sideways in the shower, no change of sheets in the whole of the stay, etc...
