Chester Hotel

This is my 3rd stay....

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: They put me on the top floor. I didn’t request a lower floor when i booked, so my fault

The interior is so stunning...

Liked: The interior was stunning.
Disliked: The night shift guy took a nap and the room was open before i went in

Liked: Good location, close to supermarket and restaurants
Disliked: The room was small for 2 kids and 2 adults, not so clean, and they was working on the building so the room has smell of paint and gas sort of. Good location, no breakfast. We stayed during eater holiday so they was so busy we couldn't change to a different room because of the smell, it was terrible for the kids, and the room was in the basement so lack of fresh air and light.

Liked: No noise from street outside, quiet location.Beds were very comfortable.Easy and quick check in and out.
Disliked: Family room was very small, found it tight for 2 adults and 2 children.We were only staying for one night so wasn't an issue.Room was not very clean. Tea/coffee station was very poorly cleaned (crumbs in the tray, etc) and floor in the bathroom needed a good clean.

Did not like it

Liked: Some of the staff was welcoming and very friendly. They offered to store our bags at checkout, while we finished our business.
Disliked: Crammed place, dirty carpet, stained bathroom, maintenance was going on, paint smell in the passage and in our room at the back
