Great location very clean and...

Liked: Friendly Staff and very Clean
Disliked: Nothing

Will stay again

Liked: Felt like home had everything I needed in the one room, bed was so comfy and was loads of space
Disliked: The breakfast layout people didn’t like sitting with me because I had a baby but also like privacy when I eat and was interrupted all the time

Liked: Lovely sized room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good parking. Good location for walking into Chester city centre.
Disliked: Would have liked poached eggs, as an option, for breakfast, room and bed (very warm duvet) too hot.

Liked: Private apartment near to car park. Walking distance to city and lots of restaurants
Disliked: There was a small humming sound. It didn't keep me awake, or disturb me, but it might other people

Now I know the quicker...

Liked: The ensuite facilities appeared to be new, in keeping with the property & very clean. The crisp, 100% cotton bed sheets were excellent.
Disliked: No bath in the room, which I had requested, and had confirmed beforehand by email. However the cleanliness & facilities provided were excellent.Instructions to the hotel should be made clearer. The google walking journey is much longer.
