Really enjoyable but a little...

Liked: The room was very well designed, smart and had everything we needed. Theming throughout the hotel was fun. Kids loved the Arcade rooms too. Early access was invaluable as park got very busy from 10am
Disliked: Food and drinks were very expensive and not great quality.

Great family-friendly hotel with amazing...

Liked: The hotel is very kid-friendly and cozy, with a British-style breakfast that meets expectations. The staff are supportive and attentive, always trying to make the stay enjoyable. Thanks to Vicky and her team. Some furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, and while the rooms are kept very clean, they feel more like three-star quality.The hotel views are amazing—our room overlooked the zoo, with giraffes and zebras right outside! Kids had a blast participating in the treasure hunt. Overall, it was a fun and memorable stay, and we will definitely come again.
Disliked: Some furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, and while the rooms are kept very clean, they feel more like four-star quality rather than five. What we didn’t like: the floor carpet, bathroom, and bedding are outdated.
