After having booked a room many many months in advance, missed a call from the hotel two hours before check in. When we showed up was told the AC had went out and they didn't want to rent the room. Offered no solutions or other accommodations. So we were left scrambling to find a room the week of the 4th of July at last minute.

Good

Liked: Clean & beds very comfortable
Disliked: Didn't feel the safest. Entrance D door which was right by our room was malfunctioning i was told. Maintenance taped lock so no key entry was required anyone could enter. Was told it would be fixed & locked by sat night because I told them it was not safe as anyone off street could just walk in. We left Tuesday morning & it was still not fixed it was still taped. When we checked out i made the front desk aware & they didn't say anything or offer an explanation.

The outdoor facilities were lovely....

Liked: The server was a lovely woman, very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast food was too sweet. Yogurt Sunday was a breakfast dessert. Other food ok.
Disliked: Carpets throughout were old and dirty. Furniture was broken down

Liked: Gorgeous flowers, friendly staff, comfortable room, food was spectacular for breakfast, and quality shampoo and toiletries
Disliked: Hot tub out of order and ice machine near our room was out of order as well
