After having booked a room many many months in advance, missed a call from the hotel two hours before check in. When we showed up was told the AC had went out and they didn't want to rent the room. Offered no solutions or other accommodations. So we were left scrambling to find a room the week of the 4th of July at last minute.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet had plenty of food options.
Disliked: Exterior needs some TLC to bring it back to what once was probably a very glamourous facility. Hot tub by pool not working and looked filthy. Bathtub was slow draining (reported to front desk)

Good price for a big...

Liked: The room is spacious, and there are two king size bed. The price is very reasonable for a room of that size.
Disliked: There is no desk or table althought the room is big enough to put one. That is quite inconvenient for a multiday stay. The environment is quiet, but the small refrigertor is very loud. the ventilation fan in the bathroom is loud too. I also don't like that the beds are too soft.

Disliked: only downside was outside area need cleaning and tlc. on balcony area. and garden area need some tlc
