Drove down for concert at the Cherokee Resort and Event Center. Reserved through ConcertHotels.com. My room was ready when I arrived. Front desk was very accommodating. The hotel offered shuttle service over to the Casino. Driver was kind and knowledgeable.

Liked: Customer service; room availability.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Will definitely stay there again.

Liked: The location was perfect! The bed was great, shower was great. Plenty room for everything we brought to be stored.
Disliked: The TV channels could've been better.
