Cherokee Grand Hotel

Drove down for concert at the Cherokee Resort and Event Center. Reserved through ConcertHotels.com. My room was ready when I arrived. Front desk was very accommodating. The hotel offered shuttle service over to the Casino. Driver was kind and knowledgeable.

Disliked: The shower in my room did not have a towel rod , handrails or a place to put my shower gel etc. inside the actual shower.

Disliked: Dirty room, holes in the door of the bathroom, water stains I the bathroom walls an ceiling, poor hole repairs in the room itself, cigarette holes in the comforter and the list goes on. I told the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know.
