Would have been happy with...

Liked: Location excellent but woke early for a flight and the shower was broken so was on struggle street to make the day be happy for me :(
Disliked: The shower itself.

Extremely Dissapointed

Liked: Room was big
Disliked: There is no water pressure in the shower, yet there is good pressure in the basin and sink.Bathroom very small, sliding door easily stuck closed and needed partners help to get out.No shampoo or conditioner. No hand towels.Quite noisy, minimal off-street parking.It did feel more like a hostel, not a hotel.Nobody on site from 5.30pm

Liked: Clean room and comfortable beds. Close to shopping centre.

Liked: location was great and the reception staff was friendly
Disliked: I think there was a long stay resident next door who kept walking past our door and smoking in the courtyard. I had to shut the door and pop on the air con which helped.

Disliked: More suited to hospital appointment accommodation not for a peaceful night away

It delivered what it promised.

Liked: The room was spotless. It is well set up for older people with numerous aids for disabled guests, being very close to the hospital.
Disliked: If you are just needing a bed for the night, this is perfect.. lacks items for a longer stay as a tourist, unless you are a patient of the hospital next door. Limited on site parking.. we had to park in the street.
