Liked: IT IS CLOSED. we prepaid for 2 rooms 1st July. Arrived to locked up hotel. Severe issues finding accommodation for the night in Beauvais. There were 9 reviews all from June on this site saying same thing. Booking.com knew about this issue yet did not contact us. (We booked in March)
Disliked: Sitting in 40° heat with 3 children trying to work out where to find accommodation.

Liked: Yes we arrived before check in time and went across the road to the bar had lunch and the waiter said Chennai Hotel closed down 3 months ago and we didn’t receive an email or text or anything from them. We are out of pocket for taxi finally found a room at Mercure Accor Hotel as others were booked out. Are we the only people that booked a room in the last 3 months with Chanel Hotel. How could you not know about this. We had also paid.

Liked: I'm writing to report a serious issue..Upon arrival at the hotel, we were shocked to find it closed due to "administrative closure", with no prior notice or communication from either the hotel or Booking.com. We attempted to call the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. To make matters worse, we received a confirmation of our late check-in on the same day, which gave us the false impression that everything was in order.I was traveling with my family, including two minor children, and we were left stranded in the street until 23:00, seeking help to find alternative accommodation. We finally managed to find another hotel entirely on our own, without any support from the hotel. A local resident informed us that the hotel had been closed for some time, which makes the situation even more concerning.Despite the hotel's closure, our payment was still collected, and we have received no communication or indication of a refund.This experience was not only stressful but also deeply disappointing, especially given our trust in Booking.com to provide reliable service and verified accommodation.

The hotel was not working.

Disliked: Hello,I would like to inform you that when we arrived in front of the hotel, we found that it was not working. We called the phone, but no one answered. A man informed us that the hotel had been closed by the police from a week.We had to look for a free room in another hotel at 9 pm in the evening. It was a very unpleasant experience for us because we relied on the reservation made. I am sending you pictures from the hotel.Please claim the money I paid from the hotel as I have not used their services.I think it was right to be informed that the hotel is not open because I paid 2 months in advance for my reservation.

Gone into administration.

Disliked: Despite booking.com continuing to say our stay was confirmed, the hotel had gone into administration, so when we arrived we were stranded with nowhere to stay.

Disliked: I pre-paid for my room.On arrival to this hotel I discovered it had been closed down, no information was provided. I was only able to communicate to an AI bot on Booking.com I had to find alternative accomodation absolutely disgusted out more expensive and taxis to get somewhere for the night.

Liked: We booked this Hotel a couple of months ago for June 6th, and we received a booking reminder on the 5th June. When we arrived in Beauvais we were advised it had closed down a couple of months previously. We had to find another hotel for the night. Don't book this Hotel!
