Beautiful home with outstanding hosts.

Liked: Fabulous accommodation with beautiful touches. Very comfortable bed, our room had a kitchenette seperate with everything we could need to cook meals. Host supplied a lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Little extras like fresh fruit and banana bread were appreciated. Chelsea House is in an excellent spot to easily get into Whangarei or any of the local areas. While there were others staying the same time the rooms are peaceful and quiet and we didn’t hear anyone moving around.
Disliked: As a historic house the plumbing leaves a bit to be desired.

Liked: Our room had a small kitchen and choices of breakfast were available, including a fridge full of food. We were told to ask for replacements as needed. We liked the privacy and independence of this arrangement.Jennie and Tony were very welcoming and also informative about the area.
