Passable

Liked: Only location
Disliked: It was dirty the carpets had so much dust the bathroom smelled really bad the shower floor was very slippery no A/C no elevator very outdated n not clean at all

Had a lovely stay next...

Liked: Great location, very friendly staff and the room was quite good.
Disliked: The size of the room can be quite small if you’re planning to stay for a while.

Disappointing

Liked: Room spacious and warm.
Disliked: Ant infestation in bathroom. Breakfast was poor for price.

Would stay again

Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disorganised kept having to wait for plates/cutlery to be re stocked as staff were in the kitchen talking rather than keeping an eye on what was running out

Very good location but rooms...

Liked: The location is great- being near the Earl’s Court Tube Station is wonderful
Disliked: The room was tiny- I could not open my suitcase except to put it on the bed. The bath room was cramped/ no A/C only a small fan. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Few amenities- no closet

Liked: The location bed is very comfortable
Disliked: I was going to a wedding on Saturday and couldn't do my hair properly as there was no mirror in the room .only the bathroom had a mirror, but no extension lead, unfortunately, not enough tables at breakfast time so had to share a table with someone and others were waiting to come in
