Chelsea Hotel Toronto

Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Overall good stay but beds...

Liked: Location, amenities and staff were amazing
Disliked: The beds and pillows were not comfortable

A great value centrally located

Liked: The hotel is very busy. It is centrally located, and has a coffee shop, restaurant and market place. The rooms are a good size for a major city. The staff is very helpful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
Disliked: The pool is indoor, small and not heated. The hot tub is not really a hot tub and it is off to the side of the pool. There is no lounging area by the pool.

Liked: The room was terrific. The hotel is well organized and in a terrific location.
Disliked: Food options were limited for smaller meals and food that was not so overpriced. Though their food was good, not great, I began eating away from the hotel.
