Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Liked: The hotel is very well located. We visited majority of the places walking. The staff is nice and fast. The cleaning was really good and the hotel environment is very nice.
Disliked: There is noise during the day , mainly due to the location in downtown and lot of constructions around. We stayed just one night so it was manageable.

It's an OK alternative to...

Liked: The room was daily cleaned.
Disliked: The construction works outside are very loud. The doule glass helps a bit, but once you open it - cannot be ignored.
