Chelsea Hotel Toronto

Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Liked: Very personable and helpful staff. Clean hotel, good location, and centre of everything.
Disliked: The prices for their restaurant buffets and menu items were quite high for the Market Go and Elm Street restaurants. Ended up eating elsewhere in town.

Liked: Great value, good swim pool with slide (only open certain times), lifeguard at pool, and big hot tub.Room was fine for the price, clean and functional. Staff v helpful. Has a very grand entrance/lobby.
Disliked: Fair walk to the main attractions so used uber a lot
