Disliked: No one there for check in waited 45mins in cold ringing the number. No one answered or called back. 1 blanket on bed. TV remote didn't work. Couldn't change TV channel by control on TV. Not clean very rundown. Smelt of bleach was horrible

Passable

Liked: Location is good. Nice pool. Didn't use it as winter but looks lovely. Good walks nearby and close to cafe/nursery
Disliked: Reception was closed with a sign saying to call a mobile number which went straight to ansaphone. Waited in the cold for 10 minutes for someone to check us in.A lot of tv channels were not working and the shower screen had a huge gap at the bottom so water went all over the floor after a shower

Liked: Not a lot Couldn’t even get the key Then couldn’t get into the roomRoom was dirty and beds uncomfortable Wasn’t what I boomed
Disliked: Was not what I paid for and photos do nothing for what you get

Disliked: It wasn’t that clean, facilities looking weathered and aging. Pizza was terrible!
