Liked: Loved how amazing the hotel staff were! Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted with a smile! They explained everything very professionally and were great! There were two vertical spaces behind the desk that had bells as decoration... but I thought to myself, there need to be bells in one space and whistles in the other because they did so good! All of the bells and whistles!
Disliked: The lady security guard who works for the Convention Center who was manning the entry gate for the parking garage that is attached to the hotel yelled at both of my sons and husband as they were slowly driving into the parking garage as I finished checking us in and getting our second parking pass. The lady security guard yelled at them and threatened to not let them park with no reason as to why. My husband literally had to yell back to make her stop. Both of my boys worked hard and paid for their own cars and have put every bit of hard work into building them. They have been taught that if they break them, they have to fix them, so they baby their cars to make them last. These cars are show ready cars and are even stored under car covers inside a parking garage! Please note... This does NOT reflect on the staff at the hotel. The hotel staff were amazing!

Liked: I liked how clean and nice it was. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: It's $25 day to park at the hotel which I never seen that in my description when budgeting. Also, when you pull in, there is always so much traffic in the small turnabout before the parking garage that we ended up ubering everywhere for costing more $.

Liked: Excellent customer service from all the staff we interacted with. Conveniently located next to the convention center where we were attending an event. Easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and the aquarium. Room was nice & clean.
