Disliked: I don?t feel the staff were equipped to handle the overload of guests. They managed excellently, but they needed more resource onsite.

Not recommended. Unsatisfied.
Liked: The location of the hotel seemed good. The gentleman assisting at the parking garage was helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was not as nice as it appeared online when booking. The woman who checked us in was so-so friendly but seemed like she didn?t want to be there. We booked a king room and was told they only had a double bed room so we accepted that even though it?s not what we booked. When we got to the room it seemed clean but did not live up to the expectations of a hotel room for the price we were paying. Since we did not get the king room we booked we had an adjoining room with other people. Of no fault to the staff these people were incredibly loud and disrespectful to the rest of the hotel. We knew if they were acting like they were at 5pm there was no way we would get rest at night. I requested from the girl who checked us in earlier to switch rooms and she asked if a floor three above us was fine that we could move with no problem and I said yes. She then asked who I assume was the manager and she very rudely told me they were full and we could not switch rooms. I don?t quite understand how the girl checking in saw an available room but the manager who wasn?t looking at the computer said there were none. She then offered me partial money back and I declined and requested a full refund as we were only there for around three hours. She agreed. I will definitely be checking my credit card statement to make sure we weren?t charged the $250 for one night in which we didn?t stay. I repeat, it was no fault of the staff of who was staying in the room next to us, but the way the manager handled things was rude and we were very unsatisfied with her attitude. Things happen, but it?s all in how you handle the situations and she handled it very poorly. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Liked: The interior design of the building is remarkable. I loved the fact that only paying guests could use the elevators by scanning the room card key. The towels and linen were brand new. The bed and pillows were comfortably delicious! The room and bathroom were sparkling clean!! The temperature in the room was just the way we like it. The kitchen sent up a complimentary birthday cake and ice cream for my birthday! Very touching and sweet! Thanks guys!!
Disliked: The room card key wouldn?t let us in or out of the parking garage for a full 24 hours! I had to switch it out for another one.The small bottle of water in the room cost $4!There was no microwave oven in the room.
