Perfect location . Adequate but...

Disliked: Extremely dated Asked for a plug for my bath but never got one Basics were clean but skirting boards etc were not

Our stay was horror

Disliked: 1. Dirty room ,looks like was never cleaned starting from shower to window all was disgusting2.no sockets near bed 3. Verry poor Wifi,never worked4. Breakfast is available just for some guests not for everyone...receptionist is randomly picking5.Swiming pool never been cleaned at least this year6.No minibar7.No safe box

Disliked: Mass produced over cooked food. would be better doing a little less and more often. As an example eggs were hard and black puddings tough, amongst other faults

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel location perfect.
Disliked: It was not clean, bath was terrible mould, hair, dust. Our room was near canteen, so all smells were in the room terrible. We needed to walk through the dining area, people were eating and we were walking with luggage. We were feeling bad.

Disliked: Could use some air conditioner Fan etc Gets hot in summer days The windows should have sound proofing as sea gull noise is very annoying ,particularly late and through early morning

Disliked: The bedding and towels were clean, but the carpet dirty, curtains not hanging properly, so difficult to close. The TV control was really grubby. I had to clean it before I was happy using it.Mould on the shower mat (reverse side).
