Liked: Location
Disliked: Breakfast awful, dirty tables very poor food cold. No plates no glasses no juice no milk even though we were early for breakfast absolutely awful

Love llandudno

Liked: The breakfast choices were good (only problem was it was to early 8 - 9.30) should at least be uptil 10am.
Disliked: The room was very nice,,, but far to hot, hot, hot. Only one fan supplied which did nothing.I realise the weather was exceptional,,,but maybe mobile air conditioning could be the way forward.For the rooms that need it and for the comfort of visitors.

Superb

Liked: The staff were brilliant, swimming pool great! The hotel had a nice relaxing atmosphere, easy going. Great location!
Disliked: The cleaner knocked on my door before check out time, which is 10.30, at 9.50 a.m., she opened my door! I have loudly Hello! I could have been getting out of the shower! I explained check out at 10.30 am, she rudely said, Oh. I'll come back then??

Great staff!!

Liked: I took my son away for my dad's birthday and the staff couldn't have been more polite, helpful, from the moment we arrived!!!
