Disliked: Wish refrigerator was included in the room and the room was much cleaner

Liked: Lovely hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend! The beds are great & the air conditioner was a lifesaver in 32C heat!

a very short stay but...

Liked: location near gare montparnasse. staff was decent and helpful especially in calling a taxi
Disliked: room was very small and old . walls were so thin you could hear other people having sex ( moaning). lift was very small. 2 ppl could barely fit into it . they took one nights security deposit which no other hotel in paris took on my credit card which i still havent received. its been 5 days . they should give it back on check out immediately in my opinion.

Enjoyable hotel in a good...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and professional, easy to communicate with and flexible to accommodate requests where possible. Room size was satisfactory, aircon was good to have on a very warm day. We had to leave early, so didn't get to enjoy the included buffet breakfast, which looked pretty good on our arrival there previous day
Disliked: TV was a little smaller than expected / usual these days, when large screens are relatively ubiquitous. Water pressure / volume in the shower was low, so it would have been difficult / time consuming to wash and properly rinse long hair. The bathroom basin appeared to have a faint cigarette burn in one corner. Overall, a number of pretty minor issues, which didn't detract from our enjoyment of the hotel or our stay
