Loved the staff and location!

Liked: I love the staff at the front desk and the location! Fantastic. Parking is excellent too.

Liked: Reception area was nice, as were the staff at the reception desk.
Disliked: Our room was kind of a downer. You had to go up, then down a set of stairs to get to the room, and the room was dark and basement-y feeling. The floor had a marked slope to it at one end.

Delightful stay in Chatham!

Liked: Beautiful inn right on Main Street. The staff was all top notch- pleasant and helpful. The Wild Goose is a good restaurant.
Disliked: Rooms are on the small side, but lovely. Bed was very comfortable and decor neutral and pleasant.

Overrated just like the whole...

Liked: Location and design.
Disliked: AIRCON was not working for a day. The elevator was not working the night before and during our check out. Breakfast never started on time and had inconsistent menus.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty sad .... not sure why it wasn't better given price of room .... i would rate the breakfast below that of Hampton Inn ....

Adequate but overpriced for what...

Liked: Coffee and fruit were good.
Disliked: Would have liked hot cereal, ie oatmeal. Also, 1 day there were eggs and bacon, the next day nothing. For a $499/night room that was very small, I would have expected a breakfast with more choices.
