Fabulous.

Liked: Location is great, the hotel is beautifully appointed. But the halls are quite dated

Great stay to visit Victoria...

Liked: The location is really convenient and some staffs are nicely welcomed. Pool and gym were clean and empty when my partner and I used. It was so comfortable to use the pool.
Disliked: When we first step in, nobody welcomed such as hello, help you in a moment, or anything even though some staffs who did not have any customers to check out or help them. No eye contacts and look busy. We felt unwelcomed, but lady who helped us and had customers immediately noticed and welcomed warmly.For the room, 2nd day after room cleaning, we went back to the room and bathroom was full of hair. I assumed they cleaned, but it looked like didn't vacuum the room. It was easy to clog the bath because of hair, so I took the lid and clean, but some of rubbish were clearly not from us. I was not sure room clean cleaned or not... Also, we book as 3 people, but we only had 2 sets of towels and only one extra bath towels, 2 cups and 2 glasses.It was different price to book 2 people or 3 people, so it was disappointing.

Home from Home Excellent

Liked: Location, beautiful accommodation and surrounds. Staff friendly, helpful and listen. Happy Hour was really great and the choice of tasty treats was so enjoyable. Suites are very comfortable, well appointed and relaxing. Really enjoyed my stay and give the place 110%

Liked: Central location, attentive staff (huge thanks to Cathy for making us feel at home), and comfortable rooms. We had a great stay at Chateau Victoria. Highly recommended, especially for families travelling with kids.
Disliked: Lack of AC.
