Liked: The place was well equipped, comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are also lovely. Kids loved the pool. Beds are sssoooo comfy. Shout out to Sandro who went out of his way to look after us.
Disliked: You need a car as its a bit out of the way. We were visiting family in the area so worked well for that. You can't get to anything though from there without a car.

My only negative was some...

Liked: It was a nice location, nice grounds.
Disliked: There was a very loud wedding going on. The room was upgraded but that did not matter as it was still on the same side the wedding was being held. Staff were ok and nice of them to out our bijes away for the night but as we where staying as a halfway point back to Ontario we were looking for a peaceful and quiet place unfortunately it was not, it woukd have been more quiet at a standard hotel. We mentioned this to the staff at the desk as we thought at least a partial refund should be given but they refused.

We will be back.

Liked: All was excellent. The team is amazing. Lovely place. The garden is fantastic. I recommend this hotel as a beautiful place to stay.
Disliked: There are some concerns regarding Mohammed’s performance as a reception supervisor. Unfortunately, his approach to customer service falls far below the standards expected in a 5-star hotel environment. Hospitality at this level is an art—one that requires warmth and professionalism skills. However, Mohammed demonstrates a fundamental lack of customer service knowledge, which negatively impacts the guest experience. His interactions lack the polish and attentiveness required in luxury hospitality.
