Liked: super staff starting at the reception,Sandro the concierge very pleasant snd helpful.The lady at the coat room was extremely pleasant and helpful in recommending some fun food not served at your restaurants like smoke meat peat which had great smoked meat and a full band doing great blues on Saturday night. absolutely nothing to complain about.
Disliked: I believe in giving gratuities to service staff because if they do their jobs properly it does make a visit so much more pleasant.I wasn't aware nor would I object to a service fee being on the hotel charge when checking out,i just feel it should be transparent when booking in.

Liked: It was great! The room was gorgeous and we got a free upgrade for a suite. The only damper on the vacation was on the second night a kid threw up in the pool. They closed the pool to clean it. The next morning it was open. We were really looking forward to going back to the pool but it wasn’t cleaned properly and still had chunks floating around…
