Liked: The outside and inside are beautiful. Staff is also great!
Disliked: We had ants all over our room. When we woke up, they were all over the bed, bathroom, and our luggage. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on the concrete floor. Also, if you weigh more than 190 pounds, it can not hold the wait of a couple.

A truly wonderful and unique...

Liked: This was my fifth time staying here and it is truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. Always a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed the gold room.
Disliked: The hotel seemed a little understaffed as we stayed in the off-season. There were a few tiny hiccups compared to the usual perfect stay we are accustomed to, but these were taken into consideration by the staff and promptly fixed.

Liked: Nice breakfast, amazing location at Fairy Tail, beautiful garden, and interesting history about the place and two enthusiastic artists who participated in the renovation.
Disliked: Not possible to change the reservation date. Overpriced for the service.
