Only spent one night as...

Liked: Older stately home not far from Logan airport. The breakfast was great— eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and tea— all these and more were available. The owner made us breakfast earlier than the stated time and was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed taking with her.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was upstairs so carrying our suitcases wasn’t so easy. (heavy!)

Our needs were met and...

Liked: First time at a B&B. Don't have anything to compare it to. However, it met our needs...a bed, an air conditioner and a bathroom in our room. We were only there for 9 hours, of which 8 we slept. Unusual check in and out, but it worked. They trusted, which is unusual in this day and age. The owner did take time to say goodbye to us as we were leaving, which was pleasant and thoughtful.

Disliked: No facilities in room for making coffee and house coffee not available until 7 am
