It was a good place...

Liked: Friendly staff and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: It wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Our room smelled horribly like cigarettes, even though I marked a non smoking room. We bought spray to try to help the smell. The smell was better in the bedroom, but by morning, the bathroom smelled again like an ash tray. The one bed was comfortable, however, the other one was harder and not comfortable at all.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was exceptionally nice
Disliked: The images were very misleading. The property is old and wore down. The bed were awful, but it was very clean and when our plans changed to go somewhere else they were very understanding and polite. My husband said he would’ve stayed there by himself or with his guys from work but not with our kids. The Popeyes next door was very clean and wonderful staff.

Disliked: The pictures are mostly pictures of the facility directly in front of the hotel. Very misleading! The room was very dusty. The bathroom had no shower curtain. The microwave was dirty. There was no phone hooked up. Although there was a dirty/filthy phone at the top of the small closet area. The box springs were flattened and lopsided. The sheets had cigarette burns. The curtain smelled stale and very dusty. The bathroom lower cabinet was full of old stains and molded residue. The toilet seat was knocked in several places. The room had an overall stench of cleaning liquids and staleness. I literally slept in one spot, afraid and disgusted to move around in the bed.
