Liked: Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Limited hotel parking in the rear. I had to park in section B and walk.

Liked: Very clean and cozy! Staff were all friendly. Great location. Beautiful property! Hot breakfast. Definitely will be going back.

Location awesome. Hotel a big...

Liked: Location was wonderful. Sadly the hotel has fallen in disrepair. Lamps broken. Mold in bathroom shower. Floor cleaned with cleaner with oil base I guess. You could see our footprints. Vinyl floors are easy to clean with oil free cleaner. Employees very loud in halls cutting up instead of working. This hotel could be a diamond hotel with good management and a little elbow grease. Sad to see the state it is in.
Disliked: Read my message. Mainly dirty rooms and wornout decor.

I’ll stay somewhere else next...

Disliked: 1 of 2 elevators was out of service, several of the AC’s in the hallways were out of service (wires hanging out)

My stay at the Chateau...

Liked: I love the fact that you can pre-check in before you arrival. The room was nice and clean and we had a beautiful view of the patio area. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because we had a brunch to attend.
