Chateau Saint Denis Hotel a Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Liked: Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Limited hotel parking in the rear. I had to park in section B and walk.

Great Location Showing Some Age

Liked: I have stayed at the St. Denis several times since it 1st opened. It is my preferred location when visiting Natchitoches. Love the location and the pricing Staff are always friendly and professional.Room and common areas are always clean. The Roon ac unit was great, especially for August in Louisiana. Breakfast is always good.
Disliked: The hotel facility and furnishings are beginning to show a fair amount of wear & tear. The desk chair in the really should be replaced. Hallway walls have cracks and missing molding. Hallway carpets have visible stains. One elevator was out of service.

Disliked: Room wasn't clean upon arrival, requested room to be cleaned & it was poorly done; had to make a second request... still half done! Door didn't lock properly, staff had an attitude about room change request

Ok. Housekeeping supervisor very nice.

Liked: Breakfast was sparse only little egg and a sausage. No bread. Had to ask for coffee. Maybe they were closing for the day?
Disliked: Asked for an historic view and got the parking lot.

Good for one night stay...

Liked: We mainly stayed here due to its location in historic district. There is no pool and no breakfast. The room was nice. It was quiet during our one night stay. Parking was fine. The staff was new, but fine.
Disliked: Breakfast and a pool. A little more helpful staff.
