The best place to stay...

Liked: This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Wales. While it wasn’t a traditional urban five star hotel, it was definitely a five star experience in the midst of nature. They’ve done a fantastic job of maintaining a country theme alongside five star comforts. The customer service was second to none, there was attention to detail and a complimentary upgrade was given on request. The breakfast tasted fresh and delicious. All in all, a great stay!
Disliked: If I had to be really critical, the iron was not great.

Amazing views and impressive chateau!

Liked: Really enjoyed stay as location great and views amazing. Our room in the lodge was indeed spacious as advertised but decor a little tired.
Disliked: Room decor / quality. Expected somewhere to sit (other than on the bed) and single chair in room v uncomfortable.

Liked: Absolutely stunning. All the rooms had history to them and able to walk anywhere in the property. All rooms were different with lots of character.
