Liked: The staff in the restaurant were fabulous, particularly Saxon. Very good service
Disliked: Room service failed to follow my simple request of removing tomato from club sandwich Hairs in bathHad to call for body wash in showerHand soap in bathroom was nearly emptyVery late servicing of room on Sunday at 4pm when we were trying to relax before dinner.

Liked: An excellent place to stay for Christchurch. Right opposite Hagley Park and only a short walk to the city. The hotel is lovely and an interesting design.
Disliked: Having sports channels available on television would have been good.
