Liked: The free amenities included were awesome. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the theater inside of the hotel. The bakery/coffee shop inside is amazing. Loved the complementary spa experience.
Disliked: Lack of clean looking water in the whirlpool. Outdated style/look. Spa staff weren’t the most welcoming to us but the staff at the hotel were so kind.

Disliked: We booked the room and when we got there we where told they did not have any rooms, even though we had a confirmation number.

Liked: They were very accommodating with what they could be accommodating with.
Disliked: They didn't have anything I requested. Nobody could tell us anything about Branson. We were completely new to the area and was looking for some guidance. What we got was look it up on Google. I was looking more from the locals to add human guidance and not just a random list from Google. The parking area is moderate for the size of the resort and it's very hilly; meaning hard to find flat ground to park on (important for a wheelchair lift).
