Chateau Nova Peace River

This stay wasn’t as smooth...

Liked: Welcoming lobby and front desk staff processed check in well.
Disliked: There was an issue with no hot water identified very quickly and staff were advised immediately. We went off to meetings and returned 4 hours later to discover no remedy of situation and no notification of a room shift. We then had to wait to receive a new room keyAnd shift to new room location…at the end of a long day!

Overnight stop while traveling.

Liked: For the cost of the hotel, we didn’t mind the location of the hotel.

Liked: The staff were very kind and accomodating. My room was clean and comfortable, I would stay here again.
Disliked: The vending machines on my floor were empty or no longer in use, and the machines on other floors are cash only which isn't as convenient as newer machines that accept tap payments. (Did not have any cash on me and really wanted a bottle of water) The carpets are worn and damaged in the hall which brings down the overall feel of things.
