Very pleasant experience

Liked: Everything was exceptional, staff very helpful and polite, amenities in excellent condition, location is perfect -close to everything. Whenever in Milan , will definitely be back.

Simply magical!

Liked: The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs; breakfast was fresh and delicious (and offered a good variety for people with dietary restrictions), the decor was lovely and cherry on the cake: a harpist during Sunday's breakfast - it was simply magical! Location was also great, just 2 steps away from Metro stop!
