Not very satisfied

Liked: The breakfast was excellent as were the staff
Disliked: The room was not of an acceptable standard for a 5 star hotel, it was small without any drawer or cupboard space other than a hanging area(Wardrobe). The bath was a hip bath with a shower in it. To enter it for a shower was not easy and the water went everywhere as only a thin Curtain surrounded the bath/shower. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in better Holiday Inn rooms!!

Liked: Everything was perfect. We were on a honeymoon and the staff decorated our room and gave us champagne, their service was outstanding. The room was big and super clean, they even house-kept twice a day. The location is superb, close to everything. 100% would come back.
