Boutique Hotel with that old...

Liked: Lovely SPA and the room was clean, and large. The location was excellent with tram and underground metro steps away

Beautiful old building nicely redone....

Liked: The breakfast was great , service was quick and quality food. The location was out of center but exactly where I needed to be in town
Disliked: The AC was broken , the shower leaked water all over the parquet and the coffee machine did not work . I advised at the front desk but they were not very interested in remediating the issues. As I left my room a manager was loudly and rudely scolding a maid for having taken the wrong elevator.

A refined and heartwarming experience...

Liked: The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, with a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind — they treated me and my children with so much care and warmth. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. For my birthday, they surprised me with fresh juices, fruits, chocolates, and a sweet handwritten message. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience unforgettable.
Disliked: The only small issue was that the lady at breakfast forgot (or possibly ignored) our request for coffee and tea. But aside from that, everything was perfect.
