Liked: Great location with the tidal bore seen from your window or from the riverwalk just outside. Nice professionals accommodating us at last moment's notice after a glitch between booking.com's and hotel's systems.

Liked: I liked the location. The room was great. It was a little bigger than a standard room. I liked that the windows opened. The front desk staff that checked us in was very friendly. I think the value of the room maybe $40-$50 cheaper, especially this time of year. I didn’t like that everything is extra $$$. Adding a late checkout to accommodate those participating in Legs For Literacy would cost someone an additional $70.00, when they may have only needed an extra 20-30 minutes and probably not a full house checking in on a Sunday night. Other than the additional optional costs, everything was great!

Liked: Large, clean room. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold choices. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great stay.

Liked: Really liked the walk along the river, the rooms were modern ( mostly), clean rooms, staff nice, breakfast had a good selection for folks with normal diets.
Disliked: The ventilation system was exceedingly noisy and it woke me up several times in the night. So I had a bad sleep. I was also surprised that there was no microwave ( usually standard) and there was only one comfortable chair in the room despite being a fairly large room. Especially note this since the TV seemed so far away from the beds, so having another comfortable chair would have been nice. Also there was no decaff coffee in the room and in the evening or if you can't drink caffeinated coffee it would have been good to have an alternative.

Liked: Breakfast staff, excellent.
Disliked: Front desk staff didn’t activate cards properly at check in. We were in 323 and to walk 2 times to get them to work. No apologies.I’m not sure if staff or management has changed over the last 6 months but we noticed a lack of friendliness and efficiency this time.
