Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre

Reception staff were super nice; quick check in. The room was very clean.

Disliked: Nothing.

We came here to attend the Garth Brooks concert and was very pleased with the hotel. We ventured out for lunch to Needle Vinyl Tavern and it was very good. They played live music which was quite entertaining and not loud. They happened to be serving brunch until 2:30pm on Saturday. We never had an opportunity to eat in your restaurant, but did have an appetizer in the piano bar. The service was awesome and the food was very good. After the show we went back to the piano bar for some entertainment and another drink. Breakfast in the morning was good but not over the top. We would stay here again for sure.

Liked: It was very quiet and the bed was very comfy. We loved the piano bar and our server was very good and attentive. We didn't catch her name but would like to thank her again.
Disliked: The room was a bit too warm and the hallway smelled a bit of smoke.

Rude and unhelpful staff

Liked: Location was superb, and hotel was clean and organized
Disliked: I was refused at the front desk, as I booked online with a visa-debit, and the only other credit card on hand was my wife's, who was coming to the hotel 5h later. My reason for booking was due to my car needing repairs, so I was royally screwed into ubering to another hotel and paying last minute prices. Reception was not helpful at all and just repeated that they can't accept my payment options in a monotone voice, no other explanation attempted.

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and seemed like it was a cheap springy mattress.

Liked: The convience to where we needed to bed.
Disliked: Ice machine was down and when we walked in after the concert the security guard was 1/2 asleep at the entrance area. Does make you feel safe when the security guard is distracted or asleep.
