Liked: Was right by the Starlite Room - very awesome not having a long walk.
Disliked: A microwave would have been nice.

This is the first time we have stayed in downtown Edmonton. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Starlite. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The only complaint we had was the parking. Would stay there again if we were going to another show at the Starlite.

Liked: Location; clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Pay for parking; no continental breakfast.

I would stay again.

Liked: Staff very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Tap in shower was stuck open and had to call for maintence. It stuck in the morning as well but managed to get it shut off.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Concierge service was very welcome.
Disliked: Having to get your own tea & coffee supplies for your room each day. The decor and furniture is starting to show its age.
