Liked: Was right by the Starlite Room - very awesome not having a long walk.
Disliked: A microwave would have been nice.

This is the first time we have stayed in downtown Edmonton. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Starlite. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The only complaint we had was the parking. Would stay there again if we were going to another show at the Starlite.

Liked: Location; clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Pay for parking; no continental breakfast.

Disliked: Tap in shower was stuck open and had to call for maintence. It stuck in the morning as well but managed to get it shut off.

Disliked: the first elevator does not stop at the 20th floor, and it seems like its the only elevator working that time so we have to stop on the 19th and use the stairs to 20th floor

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the view was stunning. The location is perfect for exploring the downtown. The staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
