Just perfect to get away...

Liked: Peace & quiet, nice relaxing vibe in all areas of the hotel. Nice & warm. Breakfast served exactly as requested (one fussy eater).
Disliked: Leaving after our stay.

Quiet, nice place, lovely surroundings!

Liked: Lovely surroundings, polite staff, great food at the pub.
Disliked: As I requested something special for my husband's birthday, we were given a bottle of prosecco (as suggested by me) and the birthday cake with a candle, which was super nice.As much as I was happy to pay for a prosecco, they also served a platter of 'birthday selection cakes' and charged £30 for that, without informing me in advance. Not good.Otherwise, all great.
