Liked: Perfect location in the French quarter and friendly staff. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner plus music nearby
Disliked: No elevator and fridge

Comfy, close and cute!

Liked: We loved our stay at the Chateau, the location wasn’t far from Bourbon St and wasn’t too close so we were able to get a peaceful sleep without the noise coming from Bourbon St. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy check in process, given digital keys as well as physical. The staff helped me with my bags as there’s no elevators.
Disliked: We booked the Balcony Suite/Room assuming we could utilise the balcony but it was closed off. Just a balcony view. Most likely an oversight on my behalf but in future and if structurally possible, would be amazing to have access to the balcony.

Liked: Loved the French quarter charm of this hotel. Comfy bed, big fluffy pillows, and clean.
Disliked: Bright lights outside our door made it hard to sleep. Wish there was a darker curtain for the windows on the doors.

The location is great!

Liked: Loved the location, as it is not too far from popular places like the french market and Coops. More importantly the staff was lovely and very eager to help with any questions or information.
Disliked: Didn't like that i didn't go to the courtyard but that was my fault, but be sure to check it out if you get a chance.
