Disliked: Pillows were very lumpy & no spares provided. Our sliding door didn’t close properly at the bottom so cold air came through (needs adjusting)

Beautiful place to stay

Liked: Beautiful location. Great parking. Room was spacious and the spa was amazing!
Disliked: No bickies for a cuppa.

apart from those minor items,...

Liked: location and overall facilities were excellent
Disliked: bed was too soft/sunken.light in the shower didn't workpillows too soft

comfortable and warm but better...

Liked: rooms were spacious, fire place was fantastic, beds were comfortable
Disliked: kitchens had poor inclusions eg no breakfast bowls, 1 small pot only, salt and pepper in paper sachets that were old and lumpy, 1 dishwasher tablet, broken bin etc
