Lovely, luxurious room with lots...

Liked: We were very tired from backpacking and the beautiful luxurious room, with bathtub and all the amenities, including complementary juice and beer, were so so nice! The bed and bath were super comfortable
Disliked: I hadn’t realized how lively that part of town was. It was not a bother in the room, but I was expecting a more upscale environment for the upscale hotel.

Liked: Everything was great. The location, view, and room were very, very good. The price is ok for Switzerland.
Disliked: The breakfast is quite expensive, 39 chf per person looks overpriced, but there are many options outside.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.
