Liked: The outdoor hot tub was lovely.

Fabulous place to rest your...

Liked: The room was actually a suite, with a separate area for cooking. 2 tvs so we could both watch separate news.They let us do a late check out....gave us utensils....amazing!
Disliked: Location ok, but we were stranded with no car....fortunately, we love to walk and everything was pretty walkable.

Pleasant

Disliked: Facilities show signs of use with little care for maintenance. There is little parking behind the hotel. Trains run past all day and night. Toilet backed up twice in 2 days - no maintenance staff at night so had to get plunger from front desk; plunger was wet and dirty when given to me. Beds were not made up on second day - apparently we had to ask for this but that was not explained to us beforehand.

Overall pleasant stay.

Liked: Like that it was pet friendly!Able to check in late if needed.Easy to find.
Disliked: Soaps and linens were hot to sleep with

Disliked: 3 days nobody service our room ore replenish toiletries and empty trash , run out of toilet paper i have to ask from cleaning lady in the hallway. Check out no receipt given or explanation of alternative given.Front desk needs to welcoming and accommodating.

Château Canmore

Liked: Spacious enough bedroom for 5 of us.Separate lounge area with fridge/coffee making facilities.Comfortable beds.
Disliked: No A/C in the room! We were melting and slept with no covers on despite opening the one window as wide as we could. Small bathroom for 5 people.

Liked: Sofa bad was terrible

Beautiful views of the mountains.

Liked: Very easy to find. Not far from the centre of town and walking paths. Grandkids loved the train. We enjoyed the coffee machine in lobby and hot tub.
Disliked: Train passed by late. Had to close window.
