Enjoyed ourselves immensely

Liked: Scenery, layout, quality of room, location
Disliked: Pool was small and shallow

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The AC didn’t work. The hotel lost electricity and power was shut off to the entire hotel. we had no light, TV or hot water in the showers to get ready in the morning. Also, there was construction and road work noise from very early in the morning.

Wish I could have stayed...

Liked: Wonderful breakfast and location. Ample parking.
Disliked: The pool had no shower next to it, so in the morning it was a bit oily, probably from sun cream used by other guests.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, they can use a small table in the room. The restaurant was extremely loud.

If you are going to...

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel. I would stay here again. It was perfect. My grand kids who also came with us loved the place especially the great pool and the game room. This hotel was definitely luxury and the price was great. Next time I go to Big Bear I plan on staying at this hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. Loved It.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, very clean room, great game room and pool and convenient location.
