Very good

Great and will definitely come...

Liked: Great staff, good location and the variety of breakfast food was great.
Disliked: None

Great place

Liked: Daily Housekeeping, great beds , showers, TV. Location from city centre.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Please do not serve omelets if you cannot make them fresh. No vegetables in sight. Bad choice of cookies . Overall disappointing. I am saying that only because you hold yourself to a high standard.

Exceptional

Good clean, friendly hotel

Liked: Good sized very clean room, bathroom also very good size and clean. Beds very comfortable and clean, seating area good. Nice TV with choice of channels. Having a coffee maker (espresso) was excellent and an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will book this hotel again on our next visit
Disliked: The area where we could get hot drinks 24/7 could do with at least one spotlight to illuminate the hot drinks area. It is a very dark area right now and could be dangerous.

Liked: It was clean and convenient. The breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit had one setting of fan. We had to place the chair and all of the extra pillows stacked up to block the force of the AC unit from blowing right on our heads. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep.
