Wonderful stay – great staff,...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bedford Hotel & Suites. The staff was very professional and welcoming throughout our visit. The front desk associate greeted us with a big, pleasant smile that set a positive tone right from the start. A special mention also goes to the senior breakfast server, whose kindness and friendly attitude made mornings especially enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered ample parking. Its convenient location with easy access to the highway, along with nearby amenities such as Tim Hortons, a pizza shop, and a gas station, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very comfortable - we found...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Rooms and hotel (overall) were very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything related to the hotel itself - just some guests who did not seem to have consideration for the other guests on the floor.

Overall good stay, management should...

Liked: Old English style building, nice rooms. Good location. Courteous staff.
Disliked: Need to refurbish some portions, improve lighting as lobby area was too dark and dull. Elevator needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
