Liked: The suite was ready on time and was very clean and comfortable.The breakfast was AMAZING, so much food and all cooked well. The pool was warm enough to jump into, which made my kids happy. Very good value for the price!
Disliked: The carpet was very worn/fraying at the edge where it butted the tile. The shampoo/conditioner/ body wash were provided and smelled good but I have carpal tunnel and was completely unable to dispense them. Thank goodness I had my family to help! Oh and if you are planning a trip to shoreline amphitheatre be advised, this property is not 8 miles away, it was more like 20 miles

Disliked: Arrived at 5pm check in time is 3pm. When we arrived I was told my room wasn't ready. I traveled with my grandkids ages 10,8 and 5 after being in the car for 3 hours then having to wait for our room another hour, that was very frustrating I made reservations and paid with well enough time
