Liked: the location was perfect, rooms are small but clean, breakfast was nice
Disliked: a little bit noisy from the kitchen in the mornings

Superb

Liked: The location is excellent and nearby everything. The breakfast was good. The staff are really friendly.
Disliked: The room was bit small and the elevator as well.

Fantastic location, would certainly revisit...

Liked: Location was superb, 30mins walk from Termini station, 30mins walk from Vatican. 5 mins walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Gentleman who checked us in kindly carried my case up to room (we were in the annex). Snacks were appreciated & well stocked. Secure building.
Disliked: Some noise from flat above but likely to always be the case in city centre & not hotels fault. Room quite small which not a problem for us as only one small case but something to be mindful of. Sockets next to bed didn’t work but possibly due to having to use a travel adapter.Again only something to be aware of and we just used others.
