Quit, and cozy!

Liked: Staff were wonderful! The facility was clean and comfortable. When phoning front desk for more coffee they were very quick and provided! The pool was out of service but we were able to use the amenities 2 hotels over which I thought they had a nicer pool area so it worked out
Disliked: We woke up to no water in our room Saturday morning. They gave us another room to shower in and water was back on when we returned in evening time. Other than that it was fantastic!

Liked: Our room was upgraded to a king bed in a loft. It was fabulous!

Pleasant

Disliked: The rooms are very dated. The floor on the bathroom and kitchen was heated - probably hot water pipes underneath - but it was July and there was no way to turn it off. The hotel gave us another fan but that didn’t do much. We had a suite with a kitchen. The pots and pans were such poor quality it was hard to make a simple meal. For the price, the hotel was disappointing.

Liked: Great location at top of the main street. Bed was comfortable and big. TV in bedroom and sutting area.

Good on location and rooms....

Liked: The location was good and walkable distance to town center. The rooms were spacious.
Disliked: While the check in time was 4 pm, the check out time was 11 am (usually hotel check out is 12 noon). The pool and spa facilities were closed due to maintenance. It must be acknowledged that both of the above were informed to us in advance and we had the option to cancel to chose any other facility. Also, there was no restaurant available in the hotel. After looking at various other hotels nearby with better options, I will not choose this hotel again. Cleanliness and staff service was just average.
