Liked: The King Loft suite was a good size for a week's stay. Fireplace is a nice touch. Bathroom is bright and clean. The bed is very soft, which I like, but others may find it too soft.
Disliked: Room was a bit dark. Fireplace was not starting up initially; required a repair, which they did promptly. Pool at Charltons was broken, but we were given access to the pool at Royal Canadian Lodge a block or so down the road.

Perfect place to explore Banff...

Liked: Very modern, bright, big and clean room with Mountain Views! Central location, just a few minutes walk from the main town center and 1 minute from the bus stop to Sunshine Village. Hot tub and pool in the hotel were closed, but could access the ones in the hotels next door, which were very nice and relaxing after a day of snowboarding!

Disliked: First, the room that they gave me was not the room that I booked. Booking.com sent me a message that my request was approved ( 1king, 2doubles & kitchenette) but they gave me (2 queens & kitchenette). The front desk staff told me that the room said room is under maintenance. Second, the hotel didn’t inform us that their pool was under maintenance too! So, the staff just gave us another 2 hotels option to use the pool if we want. I complained about these issues to the staff and he just told me that he would bring my concerns to the manager and he would request to waive the parking fee to compensate for the inconvenience. But until we checked out nobody reached out to us and I ended up paying the parking fee. Again, the staff just told me that the manager will contact during business days since it was long weekend at that time. But until now, I haven’t heard from the manager. One more thing that I’m disappointed with was, nobody cleaned our room on the second day even though I put the sign on our door. I had to call the front desk when we arrived in the late afternoon to get our trash and reflenish our toiletries.. I hope booking.com can do something about this.

Disliked: Unfortunately, this hotel has a swimming pool that is not working. The staff suggested that we go to the swimming pool in the neighboring hotel, but it is not convenient. This was disappointing.
