Quiet and comfortable stay

Liked: My room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room also had a neutral smell (no smell or signs of mold). The location of the room (street side) was great! It was on the second floor and was a stand-alone room (no adjoining doors to next motel room), so it was very quiet. This is my second time staying here. It's definitely worth paying more money to stay here than a motel in the Heights.
Disliked: There was a decent sized gap between the a/c and outside. Luckily, there were no bugs except a couple tiny ants, which is typical at any shore motel I've stayed at, and it didn't affect the temperature of the room.

Disappointing

Great location!

Liked: Loved the location! Room was fine, liked that it has a kitchenette and a table
Disliked: There is no hairdryer and the towels are very small and old. The pool doesn't open until 10am which is a shame when you have small kids.

Great location, friendly front desk....

Liked: Location excellent, front desk friendly.
Disliked: Rock hard bed, crippled us. Very small TV, very small old bathroom.

Liked: Proximity to the beach and boardwalk, and the value. Walking distance to other restaurants and bars not on the boardwalk which was great.

Disliked: Need more cleaning and maintenance

Immaculate, but….

Liked: The room and grounds were immaculate! Direct TV in the room with plenty of channels. Complimentary coffee and bagels every morning.
Disliked: The room can definitely use a new mattress. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we sleep on springs. Parking was also a problem. Some of the guests were allowed more than one parking spot. If you get there too late, you will end up looking for a parking spot on the street.
